ENGLISH SEXYLAND World is een experimenteel clubhuis waar geen enkele homogene groep de overhand heeft. Iedereen, ongeacht leeftijd, geaardheid, overtuiging of wat voor een genre dan ook moet zich hier vrij, veilig en welkom voelen. SEXYLAND World heeft regels opgesteld met als doel dit te bewerkstelligen. Bij binnenkomst ga je automatisch akkoord met deze huisregels.
RESPECT 1. Niemand is beter dan de ander. 2. Behandel SEXYLAND World en elkaar met respect en liefde. 3. Zonder een geldig entreebewijs of lidmaatschap wordt er geen toegang verleend. 4. Alcohol >18. Er is geen minimum leeftijd om naar binnen te komen, maar er wordt geen alcohol ge- schonken of gedronken door personen onder de 18 jaar. SEXYLAND World heeft te allen tijde het recht om legitimatie te controleren om deze regel te hanteren. Neem altijd een geldig legitimatiebewijs mee zoals paspoort, identiteitskaart, verblijfsvergunning of een rijbewijs.
VEILIGHEID We verwachten dat iedereen die SEXYLAND World betreedt vriendelijk en respectvol is naar de artiesten, het personeel en de medebezoekers. SEXYLAND World waardeert alle mensen en biedt gelijke diensten en zorg aan iedereen, ongeacht leeftijd, handicap, geslacht, genderidentiteit, ras, religie, overtuiging of seksuele geaardheid. We hebben een zerotolerancebeleid voor racistische of homofobe taal en elke vorm van seksuele intimida- tie of agressie; dit zal leiden tot een onmiddellijke ver- wijdering van de locatie. Als iemand zich op enig moment geïntimideerd voelt tijdens een SEXYLAND World evenement, laat het de host, portier of barpersoneel weten, zodat we je meteen kunnen helpen. Als je wordt lastiggevallen en dat op subtiele wijze wil laten weten vraag dan naar Angela; dit is een codewoord en zo weet het personeel direct wat er aan de hand is en zal daarnaar handelen. 1. Het is verboden met de volgende voorwerpen door de SEXYLAND World deur te komen: eigen drank, harddrugs, gevaarlijke voorwerpen zoals o.a. (vuur)wapens, sprays of andere stoffen. Voorwerpen/kleding met discriminerende en/of provocerende teksten en/of uitingen. Indien een voorwerp wordt aangetroffen dat voorkomt in de Wet Wapens en Munitie, zal direct aangifte worden gedaan bij de politie en zal de bezoeker vervolgens aan de politie worden overgedragen. 2. Om veiligheidsredenen kunnen bezoekers bij duidelijke aanleiding worden gefouilleerd en tassen worden doorzocht. 3. Er hangen camera’s op verschillende plaatsen van SEXYLAND World. Iedereen die SEXYLAND World bezoekt, stemt toe in het maken van opnamen ter beveiliging van personen, gebouwen, het terrein, zaken en productieprocessen die aan de zorg van SEXYLAND World zijn toevertrouwd.
SFEER SEXYLAND World huisvest verschillende subculturen. Het is echt een kleine wereld en dat dan heel dicht op elkaar. Read the vibe. In SEXYLAND World is het mogelijk dat er beneden een pikante of provocerende performance plaatsvindt, terwijl er boven een neurodiverse host de wacht houdt of er in alle rust geknipt of gedobbeld wordt. Voel je altijd vrij om je uit te leven of te experimenteren maar wees bedachtzaam en bewust van je omgeving. Er moet ruimte zijn voor alle energieën. Racistische, seksistische, beledigende en/of discriminerende uitlatingen, ongewenste intimiteiten, vernieling en geweld in welke vorm dan ook, worden niet getolereerd.Bij constatering en het ervaren van overlast of intimidatie door een medebezoeker in welke vorm dan ook, meld het direct aan het personeel van SEXYLAND World zoals beveiliging, de host, barpersoneel, garderobe, etc. zodat er direct passend opgetreden kan worden.
BUURT We zijn een alternatief buurthuis en de buurt is erg belangrijk voor ons. We houden rekening met de buren om ons heen. Hier hebben we jullie volledige medewerking en bewustwording voor nodig en dit nemen wij dan ook zeer zwaar op. Help ons om overlast voor de buurt te voorkomen. Wij controleren en bij het niet houden aan deze regels wordt de toegang in het vervolg ontzegd. 1. Wees stil als je SEXYLAND World verlaat. 2. Geen samenscholing voor de deur; eruit is naar huis. 3. Gooi geen afval op straat. 4. Het is verboden om zonder toestemming van de organisatie op en/of rondom SEXYLAND World en de parkeerplaatsen, handelswaren te verkopen en/of te koop aan te bieden. 5. Het is verboden op het terras of rondom SEXYLAND World en de parkeerplaatsen, buitensporig lawaai te maken. 6. Fietsen en voertuigen dienen op de daarop aangewezen plaatsen geparkeerd te worden.Indien hier niet aan gehouden wordt, kan het voertuig worden verwijderd. 7. In het geval van Wetsovertredingen, zal de bezoeker van het terrein worden verwijderd en indien nodig overgedragen aan de politie.
TOEGANKELIJKHEID SEXYLAND World heeft helaas (in dit aspect) 3 verdiepingen en -nog geen- lift. De SEXYLAND zaal beneden en het terras zijn rolstoeltoegankelijk. Als er een speciale fysieke conditie is die uw bezoek aan SEXYLAND World uitdagender maakt, laat het ons dan weten. Er zal altijd iemand zijn die je helpt met de moeilijkere betreedbare plekken en we houden bij aankomst rekening met jouw handicap. Outsiderland is op de derde verdieping en als je, tot de tijd dat wij een lift hebben, een expositie wilt bekijken neem dan contact op met info@outsiderland.nl zodat wij met veel plezier de expositie naar beneden kunnen brengen. GROEPEN We zijn een kleine locatie. Als je met een grote groep wil komen mail dan even van tevoren, anders zou het kunnen gebeuren dat we de toegang moeten ontzeggen.
ALLE PORTEMONEES SEXYLAND World is een club waar je lid van moet worden. Dit kan per dag of met een jaarlidmaatschap. Maar SEXYLAND World wil niet dat je thuisblijft als je cashflow laag is. Laat het ons weten en we komen er wel uit. Je kunt mailen naar info@sexyland.world. ALGEMEEN 1. Eenieder die het SEXYLAND World betreedt geeft toestemming voor het maken van video-, foto- en geluidsopnamen waar de bezoeker mogelijk in of op voor zal komen. De organisatie gebruikt deze opnamen voor promotionele doeleinden. 2. Het is verboden om binnen SEXYLAND World harddrugs te gebruiken of te verhandelen. Bij constatering van gebruik zal de bezoeker van het terrein worden verwijderd, bij constatering van verhandeling zal de bezoeker van het terrein worden verwijderd, zal er direct aangifte worden gedaan bij de politie en zal de bezoeker vervolgens aan de politie worden overgedragen. 3. SEXYLAND World behoudt zich het recht in de toegang te ontzeggen van personen zonder restitutie van de ticketprijs. 4. Bezoekers van SEXYLAND World zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor gehoorbescherming (wij hebben het wel achter de bar). 5. Bezoekers dienen de aanwijzingen van het personeel van SEXYLAND World op te volgen. 6. Dronkenschap of het duidelijk onder invloed zijn van andere middelen wordt niet getolereerd. 7. Er mag alleen gerookt worden in de toegewezen rookruimtes buiten. 8. Het is verboden om op de huisjes , hekken of andere objecten van de locatie te klimmen. Het is niet toegestaan voorwerpen en/of objecten van SEXYLAND World mee te nemen (te jatten). 9. Bezoekers mogen de inventaris van SEXYLAND World op welke wijze dan ook niet aantasten en/of beschadigen. De bezoeker moet de aangerichte schade vergoeden. 10. Gebruik van lockers is op eigen risico. Schade, verlies of diefstal van items wordt niet vergoed tenzij dit aantoonbaar is veroorzaakt door de medewerkers van SEXYLAND World. De organisatie adviseert geen waardevolle spullen mee te nemen. Bij verlies van een lockersleutel bedragen de kosten voor het vervangen van een sleutelcilinder €25,- 11. Toiletruimten zijn alleen bestemd voor individueel sanitair gebruik.Wildplassen is verboden en bij constatering zal de bezoeker worden verwijderd. Bij het niet naleven van de huisregels zal de toegang worden geweigerd/ontzegd, zonder restitutie van het toegangsbewijs. Indien de toegang wordt geweigerd /ontzegd dient SEXYLAND World direct te worden verlaten. In situaties waar de huisregels niet in voorzien, beslist de organisatie over mogelijk te nemen maatregelen. De beslissing van de organisatie hieromtrent is bindend. Elke bezoeker wordt geacht zich op de hoogte te hebben gesteld van de huisregels. Dank voor jullie medewerking. Stichting Andishe is een multiculturele stichting opgericht 2003. De stichting is in eerste instantie gestart voor en door Iraniers om ingeburgerd te raken in de Nederlandse cultuur en bezienswaardigheden. Gaandeweg staat Stichting Andishe al jarenlang open voor iedereen en maakt zij geen onderscheid in cultuur, ras, religie, gender en is iedereen van harte welkom. Stichting Andishe brengt mensen samen door gezamenlijke gezellige activiteiten te ontplooien (karaoke, bingo, talentenjacht, naschoolse bijlessen voor kinderen, koffiedrinken met elkaar en samen eten enz). Samen met Wooncorporatie Stadsgenoot en stichting Woonsaem is het Stichting Andishe eindelijk (na 12 jaar ervoor gestreden te hebben) gelukt om 20 Iraniers van boven de 55+ in een woongroep bij elkaar te brengen en verzorgt Stichting Andishe daar 2 dagen per week gezellige activiteiten.

De Halle is een ruimte in SEXYLAND World samengesteld door kunstenaar Steven van Hulle (Steven de Peven). Steven over de ruimte: “De verstopte ruimte in SEXYLAND World waar, indien gevonden, je even op adem kan komen door middel van slechts omhoog kijken en je gedachten te laten varen. De Halle is wat het zegt; een enorme ruimte van vierkante centimeters waar je oneindig in kan fantaseren maar ook even kan omkleden of dubbelchecken of het Centraal Station Amsterdam nog bestaat. In SEXYLAND World staat De Halle bekend als de Backstage en het kantoor wat in de avond kan transformeren naar een huiskamer met minipodium in de vorm van een bijna antieke bibliotheek met enkele geheimen.”

This new collaboration is a cultural and culinary exploration that goes beyond food to offer a new kind of experience. Outsiderland is de eerste kunstruimte in Nederland die de wereld van wat nu nog “outsider kunstenaars’ en “insider kunstenaars” samen gaat brengen. De ruimte staat in het nieuwe Sexyland World pal tegenover het Centraal Station in Amsterdam. Vanuit de ruimte worden samenwerkingen gestimuleerd tussen de meest talentvolle “outsider” kunstenaars, die nu niet mee mogen doen met het officiële kunstcircuit, en “insider” kunstenaars die die ook denken buiten de gebaande paden. Outsiderland werkt op inventieve wijze eraan het creatief kapitaal van “outsider kunstenaars” tot zijn recht te laten komen in de reguliere kunstwereld. Outsiderland brengt twee kunstwerelden samen die nu nog grotendeels gescheiden zijn, en strijdt ervoor dat het juist cool en goed is om niet aan de norm te voldoen. In Outsiderland komen twee werelden samen, maar bepalen de mensen die anders zijn de regels.

Booking Events and Reservations In order to book a place for an event, you will be required to provide more information including your name, email, billing address and payment information if you are signing up for a ticketed event. Booking details will remain saved and centralized in our CRM system and website CMS. Memberships When buying a membership for yourself or on another’s behalf you will be required to provide your Name, Postal Address, Billing Address, Email Address and Telephone Number. If you are purchasing a gift or joint membership you will also be required to provide the relevant details of the intended recipient. Submitting ideas to SEXYLAND World When sending us material for events, SEXYLAND World will assume it is royalty free, unless stated otherwise. For exhibitions, concerts, events or related activities, you will be asked for information about the content and authorship of the material. SEXYLAND World will store your materials for archival purpose. In case your submission isn’t relevant or outdated for SEXYLAND World to consider, do not contact us for a replacement but send in your latest relevant work for consideration. Visiting SEXYLAND World When visiting SEXYLAND World in Amsterdam or other satellite locations for an event, images of you may be captured for promotional purposes. In case you find yourself included in photography against your will, fill in the form to request for removal. In order to book a place on any of our, events we require information including billing details in order to process transactions and book you a place. Your registration is saved on our website CMS as a functional database, in case of bookings fail. After a successful registration, we will save your booking in our CRM system. Administering membership requires personal information to be held about you and potentially a joint member related to you or a gift recipient for correct servicing and fulfilling your gift order. When donating or becoming a member if applicable we will store a declaration for purposes of claiming gift aid on your behalf in both our CRM and financial administration. General We also use stored data regarding memberships and bookings to build a picture of our audiences and in the future provide tailored emails and offers to you To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, requirements and guidance We ask for information about work submitted to us for an event for the benefit of the viewer The CCTV video registration system at SEXYLAND World is installed for the safety of visitors and the security of the building. The footage is retained (hoeveel dagen?) working days and then systematically deleted unless the footage is required for evidential purposes.
